Le Cèdre de Montcaud is recommended by La Liste!

The renowed digital travel guide "La Liste" recently unveiled its selection of the world's best restaurants. For the first time since its opening, our gourmet restaurant "Le Cèdre de Montcaud" has been awarded the prestigious "Tables d'excellence" ranking. A wonderful recognition for our Chef Matthieu Hervé and his team for their hard work and dedication, and a great way to start the 2026 season! 

A unique ranking

The ranking is based on more than 1,100 sources, including restaurant guides, food critics' reviews, and customer reviews on online platforms. These sources are then converted into scores and weighted to create a final ranking.

Traditional French cuisine 

Le Cèdre de Montcaud offers traditional French cuisine, twisted with unexpected and original flavors. Seafood takes center stage and is featured generously in both menus. Closed for the winter, Le Cèdre de Montcaud will reopen on Thursday, April 30, for the 2026 season.
