Château de Montcaud launches its new season

Hotel Château de Montcaud, our hidden gem in Western Provence, reopens its doors for another exceptional season.

With the arrival of warmer weather and the eagerly awaited long weekends in May just around the corner, Château de Montcaud is delighted to announce the reopening of its hotel and restaurants for a new season characterised by elegance, refinement and culinary delights.  

A spring revival at Château de Montcaud

On 22 April, the hotel and Bistro de Montcaud switch to daily service, marking the true start of the 2026 season. The teams are ready to welcome guests to an enchanting setting, perfect for a spring getaway or a relaxing break in the heart of nature.

The 30 April marks the grand return of popular gourmet restaurant Le Cèdre de Montcaud. A particularly eagerly awaited reopening, especially as Le Cèdre retains its Michelin star, once again recognising the excellence and creativity of chef Matthieu Hervé and his team.

An ideal hideaway for family holidays and get-togethers

Rooms and suites to suit all preferences and tastes are available at Château de Montcaud, and if you're looking for a particularly unique place to stay, a wonderful opportunity awaits: La Maison, our former gatekeeper's cottage turned holiday home, is still available to book throughout the summer, offering comfort in an idyllic setting to spend time together - the perfect combination of hotel service and the privacy of an individual home.
