A Taste of Provence in Every Dish

Simple, but ambitious

When you walk into a French bistro, you expect certain things. Just like when you walk into your favourite restaurant, you look forward to well-known menus, your favourite dishes and familiar flavours. We want to meet these expectations – and up the ante with surprising nuances. You may just so find, alternating their passages, great classics such as prime rib or a tasty bouillabaisse.

A Taste of Provence in Every Dish

Chef Matthieu Hervé places great importance on the origin of the produce he uses in his cuisine, seasonality being a key interest. This results in a brief but varied menu, complemented by specials announced by our waitstaff. Additonally, a weekly "market menu" is on offer at lunchtime. Needless to say, any allergies or dietary restrictions will be taken into account, and our littlest guests will be happy to find a special kids menu featuring their own classics.

Regional wines

On our wine list, you will find the names of great vintages, as well as niche wines produced by winegrowers from the region with whom we maintain personal contact. As is fitting in any good bistro, some of our wines are also served by the glass.

Mouthwatering
