On 12th October, chef Matthieu Hervé will welcome his Colombian colleague Guido Niño Torres at Le Cèdre de Montcaud for a four-hand gastronomic experience.

Chef at the Likoké restaurant in Les Vans, Guido is a passionate cook with an insatiable curiosity who cooks “by taste” and intuition. Constantly seeking out bold and intense flavors, his dishes reveal Latin American influences. His talent was rewarded with a Michelin star in 2021, to which a green star was added in 2025. His creative cuisine breaks free from classic codes and contrasts with the traditional French cuisine of Chef Matthieu Hervé.

Together, Matthieu and Guido have created an eight-course menu that is rooted in the season and the terroir, precise and vibrant.

Likoké's maître d'hôtel and sommelier, Cyriel Huysentruyt, will join the service teams at Le Cèdre de Montcaud. His presence will enrich the dining experience by fully embodying the world of Likoké.
