The summer season has come to an end at Chateau de Montcaud and our teams are busy preparing a new inspiring season, promising many relaxing moments and new discoveries. The holiday season at Château de Montcaud

Château de Montcaud will start the holiday season from 3rd December. Enjoy Christmas with your family in the idyllic setting of our cosy estate, or take advantage of our special New Year's package, which includes a gourmet New Year's Eve dinner and New Year's day brunch, to celebrate the holidays in style.

Restaurants: winter opening hours

Bistro de Montcaud will reopen on 3rd December, Wednesday through Saturday, for lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday lunch. The perfect opportunity to (re)discover our Menu du Marché or our Menu du Chef in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. From 25th December 2025 to 1st January 2026 the Bistro will be open every day for lunch and dinner.

Special Events at Bistro de Montcaud:  

• 25th December 2025: Christmas Menu (available for lunch and dinner) 
• 28th December 2025 : Chef's Bouillabaisse
• 31st December 2025: New Year's Eve dinner, including live music and champagne
• 1st January 2026: New Year's Brunch with live music

Gourmet evenings at Le Cèdre de Montcaud:  

Our Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant Le Cèdre de Montcaud is closed until Spring 2026 but will open for three special Friday evenings in December: 

• 5th December: Game and Fish Menu 
• 12th December : Lobster Menu 
• 19th December: Truffle Menu

These gourmet evenings are the perfect opportunity to savour our chef's creativity, highlighting gourmet delights at Le Cèdre de Montcaud.

Winter stays at Château de Montcaud

After the festive season, Château de Montcaud will take another break for the winter and fully reopen in spring 2026. However, L'Appartement and two Classic rooms located in Le Mas building remain available throughout the winter, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape in the heart of the estate.

We also welcome groups from February onward, especially for corporate seminars, business meetings and professional events. If you are planning a multiday day seminar or a residential retreat, please feel free to contact us at events@chateaudemontcaud.com. Our team is happy to assist you and create a tailored experience that meets your needs.
