Allergies: Hypoallergenic duvets/comforters and pillows are available on request. Please inform the restaurant of any food allergies you may have and the chef will adapt your dishes accordingly.
Animals: Dogs are allowed at Château de Montcaud in selected room categories and subject to a rate supplement. We kindly ask you to pick up after your dog, designated waste bags are available in the hotel parking lot. Please note that dogs are not allowed at the swimming pool and in our gourmet restaurant.
Computers: Two computer tablets are available at reception on request.
Concierge service: Our concierge is at your service to assist you with any request you may have to discover the culture and events of our region, and make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Flowers: Flowers can be ordered to your room by calling reception at 9.
Green Policy: Towels that remain on the racks or hooks will not be replaced. Please place any towels that you would like to be changed in the shower or the bathtub. Recyclable waste such as newspapers, plastic or glass bottles can be left next to the dustbin in your room or outside your room door, our housekeeping team will dispose of them correctly. A recycling station is located in the parking lot.
Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned daily (except for “La Maison”), and bed sheets and towels are changed every 3 nights. Please dial 9 for any special requests.
Laundry: For ironing, dry cleaning or laundry, please use the laundry form, and the bag placed in your wardrobe. Dial 9 to have your laundry collected in your room or drop off your laundry bag at the front desk.
Lost and found: Lost and found items recovered our housekeeping staff can be shipped to you on request, at your cost. However, perishable products, food and beverages as well as medicine will be disposed of immediately, and cannot be claimed after departure.
Luggage storage: We are happy to store your luggage in a secure place when needed.
Mosquito repellent: Electronic insect repellent plugs are available in your room. Sprays are available on request at the restaurants and the reception.
Newspapers: A large choice of international newspapers and magazines is available via Pressreader. You can access the website via the Wifi connection of the hotel.
Public restrooms: Restrooms are located on the basement floor of the main château, as well as at the Bistro in the Mas annexe building.
Satisfaction: If you would like to share your comments and suggestions for improvement, a satisfaction survey is available at reception. If you have any complaints about your stay, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving as many details as possible. We will reply within 48h00.
Shoe polish: To have your shoes cleaned and/or polished, please contact the reception team by dialing 9
Taxis: Only a few taxi companies operate in the area and private chauffeur apps do not offer their services in the region. Please contact the reception 48 hours in advance for taxi reservations.
