Jardin olfactif: scents of Provence
(under development)

Provence has been famously supplying perfumeries with valuable raw materials for centuries. Oceans of lavender stretch across the landscape, filling the air with their seductive fragrance.

Exclusive scented garden

We wanted to pay homage to the art of fragrances in the chateau’s park: our jardin olfactif contains four beds of 30 square metres each that are filled with scented or fragrant plants which are traditionally used to make perfumes. The more well-known varieties include jasmine, roses, lavender, geraniums and lemons, but we have also included tuberoses and gorse in our bouquet of scents.

See (or smell) for yourself

We invite all our guests and visitors to stroll through the garden and beguile their senses: rub a sprig of lavender between your fingers, inhale the fragrance of a ripe lemon or nick a jasmine blossom and bring it back to your room.
