The luxury of simplicity
Situated in the heart of a large park which features a number of iconic trees, the Château de Montcaud is the perfect hideaway for gourmets and pleasure-seekers who appreciate sleek elegance and extraordinary gastronomy. Built in 1848 as a private residence of a silk manufacturer, it rose to glory in the hands of his son and philanthropist Florentin Collain. His love for culture, nature and people left lasting traces throughout the region. Through the conversion into a hotel in the nineteen-nineties, the public was granted access to this magical property in Provence. After several years of slumber, the Château de Montcaud was completely renovated a second time, and reopened in the summer of 2018 under new management. It has become an oasis of tranquility, style and excellent gastronomy delighting gourmets and those seeking relaxation.
